Recently we sold a townhome with Piper as our listing Agent. We did so at a bad sales time of the year, just before Christmas, but Piper delivered a signed contract in just over one month.
During the closing process we ran into a paperwork issue, totally my fault, and Piper helped immensely, giving me suggestions and working closely with the Title Company. We closed few days within the original date.
Through it all, Piper was enthusiastic, supportive, creative and always there for us. Piper is a true professional who always acts solely with the best interests of her client in her heart.
I have bought and sold many properties over the years. You cannot do better than to have Piper represent you for either a purchase or a sale.
